Report by Santanu Ganguly: Few days back, the very famous sufi singer Kailash Kher met Milkha Singh aka the Flying Sikh. It was a mere coincidence. Kailash Kher was returning from a show when he met Milkha Singh at Chandigarh airport. They both met with warm hearts. Kailash Kher told Milkha Singh, “I am your great admirer and today I got the opportunity to meet you.” Kailash Kher also wished him luck with the film Bhaag Milkha Bhag, which is based on Milkha Singh himself.

Milkha Singh said to Kher, “I dont listen much to the music, but even in that fair amount, I have heard to your songs and they are brilliant. Whenever I listen to you, I feel very peacful. Keep your music and voice pure and humble.”
