EFT Report, Malaga: English drug-lord Mark Lilley, who has been on the run from the British authorities for 13 long-year since 2000, was arrested by the local police from his villa in the town of Alhaurin de la Torre, near Malaga. The 41-year-old heavily tattooed, 20-stone fugitive had been on the run since skipping bail in 2000 during his trial for masterminding a £1million drugs racket. He was jailed for 23 years in his absence.
