'madly in love with him', Kate Perry was spotted with her former flame John Mayor at a social event at The Waldorf Astoria (New York) on Monday (June 24). Both arrived separately but left together. On Sunday, the pair were also seen enjoying a date night.

In an attempt to move-on and erase all the memories of her former husband Russell Brand, Kate Perry has now slashed $430,000 off the asking price for the 3-acre historic estate that she and the British comedian had planned to use as their married home. The Hollywood estate is currently on the market for just over $6 million, the
‘Firework’ singer paid $6.5 million for it back in June 2011.
