When a project becomes larger and complex, the delivery capability of each individual team member is put to difficult tests. To succeed in them, project team members need to go beyond the obvious. Venkat is certified PMP, ITIL V3 foundation certified, Certified in Production and Inventory management (CPIM) from American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and cleared Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He graduated from NIT Calicut an d did his PGDM from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai. Venkat's interest areas in Project management include risk management, project scheduling, PMO, Package-led Business Process Implementation and Delivery solution architecting for large deals.
