Osho Neo Reiki: First Degree Initiation From Aug. 9–11

Report by Santanu Ganguly: The weekend of a First Degree begins with an introduction to “Energy” and the History of Reiki with updates on the actual streams. The basic positions (around twenty) for partner-treatment and the positions for self-treatment (seven, according to the energy centers in the body) are being demonstrated and practiced. Moreover, a Quick-treatment for harmonizing these energy centers (chakras) and their places in the body is taught with introduction to first explanations to the different qualities of the chakras and their possible expression in the personality.

An introduction to Osho Kundalini and Dynamic Meditation gives participants the possibility to experience the effects of these active Meditation techniques and to use them, may be, later when old emotions like suppressed anger surface.

Ma Anand Himani had been a member of the Osho Mystery School in Osho Commune International, Pune, during the years 1989 to 1998, giving initiations into the first, the second and the master degree of Osho Neo-Reiki and creating the trainings for metaphysical energy work.

Ma Himani is a sannyasin since 1980. She received the first degree in 1982, the second in 1983 and the master in 1989 by Mary McFadyen who was trained and initiated as Reiki Master by Mrs. Takata personally. Ma Himani is further trained in Shiatsu, Massage, Psychic Massage, Counseling, Bach-Flower Essences, Esoteric Science, Energy Reading and Surgical Energy Work.
