EFT Report, New York: WWE Superstar CM Punk, real name Phillip Jack Brooks, who is currently enjoying a cult following in the wrestling circuit, has filed a restraining order against his own Mum. The 34-year-old multiple-time WWE world champion filed legal documents in his home state of Illinois, claiming his mother threatens to kill herself unless he sends her money despite given her more than $100,000 in the past. In the legal documents, Punk states his mother threatened to commit suicide on at least 4 separate occasions in 2012 alone.

In another wrestling related, former WWF superstar Matt Osborne, best known in the ring as the original ‘Doink the Clown’ has died. The 55-year-old’s body was found by his girlfriend at their home in Texas.
