EFT Report, London: With all the top European clubs chasing after his signature, Napoli’s Uruguayan goal-scoring machine Edinson Cavani is in talks with English club Manchester City and La Liga giant Real Madrid it has been revealed by the 26-year-old striker’s mother.

Cavani, who is the top scorer in Serie A last season with 29 goals, has a whooping £54 million release clause in his Napoli’s contract. The much-in-demand striker has played 50 matches for the Uruguayan national team so far scoring 14 goals.
