The 36-year-old star married his high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery in 2001 and the couple has two daughters together. According to source, the couple actually split back in January. Jason last public appearance was at the Peoples' Choice Awards back in January 9, 2013, where he preformed his song ‘My Kinda Party’.
