EFT Report, London: Most probably the most gifted player to have never played in a World Cup, 39-year-old Welsh footballer Ryan Giggs has signed a new 1-year contract extension that will keep him at Old Trafford till the summer of 2014.

Giggs, who turns 40 in November, has scored 168 goals for Manchester United in 931 appearances and is the only player ever to score in 16 Champions League seasons.
