Playboy Launches First Ever Hebrew Edition
EFT Report, Israel: American men's magazine Playboy has launched its first ever Hebrew edition, featuring Israeli models and articles by Israeli writers, in the strictly conservative middle-east country of Israel.

Other adult magazines and videos are freely available in Israel, where observant Jews and Muslims live by strict rules, but not with local models and not in Hebrew.

Playboy, which features photographs of nude women as well as journalism and some fiction, was founded in 1953 by Hugh Hefner in Chicago and now it is estimated to be worth over $159 million.
