Take a dip in the deep with the Fish Tales menu, where Blanco offers an array of delectable and interesting dishes-featuring as the veritable hero-Fish. Aptly named as Fish Tales, the tempting and exhaustive fish menu is inspired by the myriad colors and flavors of fish, creating a mélange of dishes to inspire a treasure trove of culinary stories. Tuck into the hearty Red Snapper made with crispy Thai herbs and served with mango salsa & steamed rice or one can even opt for King Fish- African fish curry steamed rice. It’s hard to choose between sumptuous Basa- Wok tossed with Vietnamese greens & served with ginger fried rice, Sea Bass -Slow cooked with Malaysian sambal served with egg fried rice, Salmon- herb crusted with sweet mash and Basa- Steamed with Thai herbs & served with steamed rice. There is more to the menu- fish & chips (battered) with sole, Belgian peppered tuna sandwich served with crisp wedges. But the surprise comes with the Lahore fried fish with spicy batter and the Burmese fish curry.
