The 10-day Kebabs and Biryani festival kicked off at Kenilworth Hotel, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata on Dec. 9, 2011. The festival will continue till Dec. 18 from 7 pm to 11.30 pm.
The Festival showcases specially crafted menu by Chef Mark Smith. Murgh Patrangi, Murgh Badami, Peshawari Machli, Gosht Lahori Seekh, Dhanraj Makai Seekh, Darbari Jhinga, Afghani Aloo are a few names from the Kebabs.
Hyderabadi Gosht Biryani, Kashmiri Biryani, Jhinga Biryani, Murgh Nawabi Biryani, Kumbh wali Biryani are a few from the arrays of Biryanis served in this festival.
