EFT Report: Eleven years after he first presided over the ceremony, actor-comedian Chris Rock has again been named as the host of the 88th Academy Awards. The 50-year-old last hosted the 77th Oscar awards in 2005, he got a mixed reviews after poking fun at celebs. Rock will now join an illustrious group of standup comedians who have hosted multiple Oscar ceremonies; the list includes Whoopi Goldberg, Billy Crystal, Bob Hope, Ellen DeGeneres and Steve Martin.

The 88th Academy Awards ceremony will be held on Sunday 28 February at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
