EFT Report: Manny Pacquiao will put his WBO welterweight title on the line come November 22 as he takes on American Chris Algieri, who is 5-year younger than him, in the gambling mecca of Macau. The fight will take place at the Cotai Arena in Macau, China, where the 35-year-old Filipino icon previously beat Brandon Rios in November 2013.
Junior welterweight titleholder Algieri (20-0, 8 KOs), who moved up a division following his shock win over Ruslan Provodnikov last month, is expected to take away a career-high payday of more than $1 million from this bout.
This will undoubtedly be Chris Algieri’s biggest fight of his career.
