EFT Report: After giving the world best pound-for-pound fighter his toughest match in years, Argentine Marcos Maidana is all set to renew his rivalry with Floyd Mayweather for the WBC and WBA welterweight titles come September 13 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, which has also hosted the last 9 Mayweather fights.
Mayweather (46-0, 26 KOs) won that fight on May 3 by majority decision against Maidana (35-4, 31 KOs).
Mayweather-Maidana II will be the fourth fight of Mayweather's lucrative 6-fight deal with Showtime. He has defeated Robert Guerrero, Canelo Alvarez and Maidana on Showtime pay-per-view in his last 3 fights.
