EFT Report: With no hopes of qualifying for the next round, England coach Roy Hodgson is looking to give game time to those in his squad who are yet to play in Brazil.
Frank Lampard will lead England out in their final group D game at the FIFA World Cup against Costa Rica on Tuesday. England captain Steven Gerrard will be on the bench for the game. Luke Shaw, Ross Barkley and Jack Wilshere are all expected to start against Costa Rica.
