EFT Report: Whiskey Lullaby crooner Brad Paisley is suing his record label Sony Music for $10 million for back royalties, the 41-year-old country star in the court documents, filed on March 31, stated that Sony 'failed to live up to their agreements and other legal obligations.'

'The primary reason that Paisley is commencing this action is because Sony continuously has refused Paisley access to a variety of information and applied incorrect royalty rates, prices, and reductions, pursuant to the Recording Agreement, resulting in Sony’s significantly underpaying Paisley,' the documents read.

Brad Paisley, who is reportedly worth $65 million, will headline the 2014 Taste of Country Music Festival in June.
