It was definitely one of the most fiercely contest Oscars till date, and the final show was just worth it!

Comedian and talk show star Ellen DeGeneres returned as Oscar host in an appearance, much lighter and more affable tone (Remember Seth's funny song last year) for Hollywood's biggest night. With her easy breezy style, DeGeneres mixed with the crowd, taking a star-studded selfie with the likes of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie that broke the record for retweets on Twitter.
