Blondie Sharapova Out of US Open With Injury

EFT Report, New York: Maria Sharapova, who was intending to change her surname to Sugarpova (wonder why??), has pulled out of this year’s US Open because of a right shoulder injury just 24 hours before the draw on Thursday.

Due to her withdrawal, Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska is now seeded 3, Sara Errani of Italy moves up to 4. Britain’s own Andy Murray is the Men’s defending champ while Serena Williams is the Women’s champ.
