Report by Santanu Ganguly: White House Down is an upcoming Hollywood flick that stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx and Maggie Gyllenhaal, Richard Jenkins, James Woods. The film is released by Sony Pictures and is directed by Ronald Emmerich. Ronald’s previous films include mega hits like Independence Day, Godzilla, 2012, The Day After Tomorrow etc.
The film White House Down will be releasing in India on July 19th 2013 in English, Hindi and Tamil. The film is full of action where Jamie Foxx is portraying as the President of America and Channing Tatum is a secret service agent.
The president was found a midst of a controversy over a proposed peace treaty between countries to remove military forces from the Middle East. D.C. police officer John Cale applies for the security of the president but then he was rejected for the job. He takes his daughter on a tour of White House, this is the exact time when the White House gets invaded by the terrorists.
The terrorist kill every secret service agent assigned for the protection of the president, only John Cale, can turn the situation in favor of his state. John Cale’s daughter is abducted by the terrorists.
Will he be able to save his daughter and the president, or will he surrender in front the modern weapons the invaders possess?
