Arsenal Makes Cocky Bid for Luis Suarez; Offers £40 Million (plus £1)

EFT Report, London: Arsenal FC has made their second and very cocky bid for the much wanted Uruguayan hit-man; the Gunners on Tuesday made an offer of just £1 over £40 million, which will trigger a key clause in Luis Suarez’s Liverpool contract. Liverpool had earlier turn down their £35 million offer.
