EFT Report, Rome: Noted American actor James Gandolfini, best known for his role as Tony Soprano in the hit HBO series ‘The Sopranos’, has died of a suspected heart attack on Wednesday (June 19), the 51-year-old was on vacation in Rome, Italy.
The Emmy Award wining actor is survived by his wife former model Deborah Lin, their new 9-month-old daughter Liliana Ruth and a teenage son Michael from his earlier marriage. James Gandolfini’s breakout role came in 1999 in ‘The Sopranos’ playing the mob boss Tony Soprano and winning three Emmy Awards for his role.
