EFT Report, Naples: Just days after leaving Chelsea FC on a high (well the Blues’ did win the Europa League under him)…..... Rafa Benitez has been named Serie A side Napoli FC head coach. The 53-year-old Spaniard replaces Walter Mazzarri, who left for Inter Milan.
Benitez wrote on his website: Now that the agreement is confirmed, I can say I am very happy and very satisfied for having committed to a great club with an illustrious heritage like Napoli.
Rafa Benitez had previously managed Serie A side Inter Milan. Napoli finished second in Serie A this season with 78 points.
