EFT Report, Mumbai: A national conclave on retail and e-commerce is being organised in Mumbai from May 16–17, 2013. The event will see speakers deliberating on emerging trends in these areas and policies for the industry.
The two-day summit will discuss emerging trends in retail and e-commerce, policies regarding the industry, role of customer relationship management and supply chain, need for training, among other issues, organizers said.
