EFT Report, Thiruvananthapuram: The 13th FILCA International Film Festival, organized by the Film Lovers Cultural Association, will begin in Thiruvananthapuram from May 24, 2013.
The week-long festival, being held in co-operation with Kerala State Chalachitra Academy, state Culture department and Federation of Film Societies of India would be inaugurated by Adoor Gopalakrishnan.
A retrospective of legendary Russian film-maker Andrei Takovsky would be the highlight of the festival.
