Report by Santanu Ganguly: This workshop is about understanding ourselves – our own mix of beliefs, wishes, desires and inhibitions, the ways in which we give our power away and what we can do to get it back. It is a way of freeing our stuck energies. To open our creative centers, healing and the transformation from ‘Can’t’ to ‘I wish, I can, I will’.
This workshop is an experiential process centered around TA (Transactional Analysis), Fourth Way methods, Aurasoma and Chakra principles. We will work with color, movement, dance, breath and visualization to open up our centers of creativity.
This journey is to free ourselves and understand our unique selves to create the being, the body, the life, the work we all long for!
TA or Transactional Analysis is the system of psychology used for understanding ourselves – who we are, what we do, how we do anything, our conditioned behavior, how we hold ourselves powerless and the chains that we tie ourselves in! It is the framework for freedom!
The Fourth Way – including Gurdjieff Sacred Dances, Whirling and the Psychology of Selves. It is an all-encompassing system for transformation!
Aurasoma is a unique healing system combining the energies of color, fragrance and crystals. A dip into the mysterious truth – ‘you are the colors that you choose’.
Chakra System is the energy model of the body and being. It is everything – from Balance to Transcendence!
Together, these four systems form the basis of this workshop. Begin this beautiful journey with a 3 hour introduction to your creative self! Enter the sea of your creative being along with others in a one day or weekend retreat!
