It’s a good opportunity for us to be on a day’s retreat and learn to wedge clay, hand-build sculptures, throw on Potter's wheel and participate in fun exercises to connect with ourselves in the mystical field of Zorba the Buddha. Manjari is not only charismatic but her fragrance envelopes you for a long time.
Program:
Dabbling with Clay: Creativity to Consciousness
This one day retreat will involve a journey of self-discovery, using a variety of fun exercises. we will learn to wedge clay, learn hand building techniques, throw on potter's wheel and conclude the evening with meditation. Participants will be guided through special processes for spontaneous expression enabling a better understanding of self.
The funshop is open to everyone interested and does not require any creative background.
Manjari Sharma is many women in one, and wears many hats, from being a creative facilitator, social activist, craft facilitator, architect, renowned potter and artist to even featuring on television shows. She has been conducting self-growth workshops for over 8 years. Her passion in holistic growth for the youth and building consciousness has brought her to be a guide for many.
The funshop starts on Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm.
Venue: Zorba the Buddha, 7, Tropical Drive, MG Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi
Contribution: Rs 2500 per person (Includes materials, lunch and tea)
