EFT Report, Atlanta: Reese Witherspoon is the latest celeb to get a mug-shot..... the Oscar wining actress was arrested for disorderly conduct while her husband James Toth was taken into custody after he failed to pass a sobriety test in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday, April 20, 2013. Both of them were later released on bail. The initial legal hearing for their arrests is set for April 22 in Atlanta Municipal court.
Atlanta police have confirmed that the couple were arrested after Toth (42) was stopped by a patrol car under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
The 37-year-old actress, who is currently brunette, is residing in Atlanta shooting her new flick ‘The Good Lie’.
