Lionel Messi Fit for Barca’s Champions League Clash Against Bayern

EFT Report, Barcelona: Good news all you Catalans’ fans out there as Lionel Messi, who missed two La Liga matches due to a hamstring injury, has been declared fit to face newly crowned Bundesliga champions FC Bayern Munich. FC Barcelona take on Bayern Munich in Champions League semi-final first leg at Allianz Arena on April 23.

The 25-year-old Argentine footballing wizard, who was on a record breaking goal scoring streak (he scored in 19 consecutive Liga matches) prior to this unfortunate injury, resumed training on April 16. The second leg will be played at Camp Nou on May 1.
