EFT Report, Los Angeles: Rock icon and Nirvana lead singer, guitarist Kurt Cobain took his own life on April 5, 1994 in Seattle, shocking and saddening his millions of fans around the world. Cobain was only 27 when he was died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, leaving behind his wife Courtney Love and daughter Frances Bean Cobain.
To mark the 19th anniversary of Cobain's death, fans of the late singer/songwriter are sharing their condolences and memories on Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter using hashtags like #RIPkurt and #19yearswithoutkurt.
Many more people showed their love for the late musician donning Nirvana shirts, and then sharing pictures of themselves on Instagram wearing said shirts using the hashtag #Shirts4Kurt.
