EFT Report, Mumbai: Varun Thakur, Sapan Verma and Gursimran Khamba will be performing live stand-up comedy at the Comedy Store, Palladium.
Varun Thakur:
Varun Thakur shot to the local comedy scene after he won the Hamateur night at Blue Frog post which he took up comedy seriously. He is part of a group called Schitzengiggles who perform at various venues across Bombay. Varun was a VJ with UTV bindass and also an actor by profession with a movie out for release this year. His style of humor is very observational and Varun likes talking about his life as a struggling actor.
Sapan Verma:
Sapan Verma watches movies, plays games, and sleeps all day under the guise of a freelance humor writer. He has written some of the highest rated TV shows for Channel V, NDTV Goodtimes, UTV Bindass and lesser channels he`s too ashamed to name. He often writes humor columns for magazines and teaches college students who never take him seriously. He has been performing across the country at various pubs, college festivals and corporate events. While other comics rehearse before their show, he spends that time setting his hair.
Gursimran Khamba:
Gursimran Khamba is a stand up comic, writer at Jay Hind! and co-founder of India’s first comedy podcast- All India Bakchod. He`s perpetually annoyed and likes to vent by talking about politics and Indian idiosyncrasies.
