EFT Report, New York City: Bill Clinton will attend the funeral of former New York City Mayor Ed Koch on behalf of President Obama.
Former American President Bill Clinton will speak at the funeral of Ed Koch on Feb. 4, 2013, according to a spokesman for the former mayor.
Clinton was a longtime friend of the three-term mayor, who passed away on February 1.
The public service will be held at Temple Emanu-El at Fifth Ave. and E. 65th St. Clinton will cut short a trip to Japan to be there.
