EFT Report, Los Angeles: Current pop darling Taylor Swift has been sued for £1.6 million by a ticket company, the 23-year-old was reportedly paid a hefty fee to headline a country music festival, the Capital Hoedown event, at Ottawa in August 2012 which was eventually cancelled.

However, ‘The We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ singer representatives maintained that her deal was not with the ticket company and thus she is not liable for the refunds. Taylor Swift will be performing at
the Brit Awards this week.
