‘Opening to Heart: Transforming Relationships’ Workshop From Feb. 16–17‏

By Santanu Ganguly, New Delhi: What is stopping you from living the life that you truly want? How to keep your heart open when you feel hurt by the people you love the most?

We all come through difficult times that make us want to shelter our hearts. When we are hurt by the people we love, it is a natural reaction to shield ourselves, and put protection around our hearts, to avoid the pain inside .Letting go comes through understanding and accepting fear and pain. This opens our heart to forgive and grow for love to flow again.

In this two days experiential workshop, we will learn the skills for living our natural state of loving-consciousness with others and ourselves. we will review our past relationships and our present ones through guided meditation and integrated exercises.

Samadhi from Israel was introduced to the teachings of the revolutionary mystic Osho in Pune in 1999. This stirred in her a deep longing for growth and freedom, which led her to 13 years of deep study and self-inquiry. She shares her wisdom and experience, facilitating groups around the world, teaching self-growth, meditation, conscious dance and conscious relating. She creates a safe and relaxed environment for individuals to feel comfortable.
