EFT Report, Manchester: With one of his top striker Mario Balotelli gone to AC Milan, Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is ready to make a whooping £40 million summer bid for Liverpool FC Uruguayan ace Luis Suarez, who just recently signed a new 4-year deal with the Kop.
