Report by Afzal Ali, New Delhi: A two-day National Seminar on “Arabic Literature in India” has been organized by the Department of Arabic, Jamia Millia Islamia in collaboration with Office of the Cultural Attaché, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi from February 6–7, 2013.
H.E. Dr. Ali Mohammad A. Al-Shahri, Cultural Attaché, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi will be the Guest of Honor in the Inaugural Session of the seminar. Dr. Zafarul-Islam Khan, Editor, The Mille Gazette will deliver the Keynote Address in the Inaugural Function.
Prof. S.M. Rashid, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Jamia Millia Islamia shall preside over the function.
The Inaugural Function of the seminar is scheduled to be held on February 6, 2013 at 10.30 AM in the Conference Hall of FTK-Centre for Information Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia, while the Academic Sessions will be held in Tagore Hall, DayarI-Mir Taqi Mir, Administrative Block, Jamia Millia Islamia.
