Changing of Guard Ceremony not to be Held on Feb. 16

EFT Bureau, New Delhi: The Ceremonial Changing of Guards at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi will not be held on February 16, 2013 due to rehearsals of the President’s address to both the Houses of Parliament.

The Changing the Guard is generally held every Saturday at 8 am in the summer and at 10 am in the winter.
