The exhibition is slated to be held at Hotel Ashok, New Delhi from February 15–17, 2013.

This recent most edition of Wedding Asia is unique in more than one way. The exhibition will see a melange of designers creating ensembles that truly encapsulate the Spring-Summer look of an Indian bride. The definition of colors used, the kind of work & the overall look would be very summer like. Rich pastel colors and easy to go fabrics would blend with light accessories & jewelry and minimal make up.

According to industry pundits, 2013 will be one of the biggest years in terms of numbers of marriages. According to Maninder Singh, "As per the wedding astrology charts, we have as many as 17 auspicious dates in May, 11 in July, and around 8-9 in April and June making this summer one of the biggest seasons for weddings. Moreover, I believe that the concept of the Great fat Indian wedding is no more a winter affair; summers have always been a HOT period for weddings but this year surely has brought it into focus. We, at Wedding Asia have always believed in keeping with the trend, therefore a Spring-Summer bride edition was a logical culmination to the growing demands of the wedding industry in this season."
