By Santanu Ganguly, New Delhi: Galerie Art Eterne is organizing a unique exhibit of artworks by visually-impaired children from the Institute for the Blind, titled 'eyecan.' The artworks have been crafted using a novel device that uses braille to mark the colors. Out of hundreds of artworks created during workshops held over three months, we have selected 15 enchanting pieces that are a testament to the student's enthusiastic efforts and their expression that goes beyond vision.
The eminent Artist Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharya has consented to inaugurate the event. The entire proceeds from the exhibition will be utilized for further development of the project presence for the moving images of 'EyeCan' at 5:30 pm on February 16, 2013 at Galerie Art Eterne, F 228, Lado Sarai Village, Old MB Road (Next to Mother Dairy), New Delhi - 110030 (India), However the exhibition will continue till February 21.
