EFT Report, Chennai: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd on Tuesday said it has successfully completed the acquisition of US-based ophthalmic drug maker InSite Vision Inc.
In a statement, Sun Pharma said the acquisition was completed by means of a short-form merger under Delaware law.
Post the short-form merger, Insite has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pharma, the statement added.
