Man Utd to Unveil Sir Alex Statue Outside Old Trafford on Nov. 23

Manchester United, the most successful English football club, will honor its manager of 26-years Sir Alex Ferguson with a statue outside Old Trafford on November 23 before their Premier League match against Queens Park Rangers.

Under Ferguson, United have won 2 European Cups, 12 Premier League titles, 5 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, the Cup-Winners' Cup and one Super Cup, Intercontinental Cup and Club World Cup.

The statue will be positioned near the entrance to the stand named in Ferguson's honor last year.
