Tom Cruise Sues Life&Style Magazine for $50 Million

Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise is suing publishers of Life&Style magazine for $50 million for stating that the actor has abandoned his six-year-old daughter, Suri in one of their article. The defamation lawsuit was filed in a Los Angeles federal court.

Tom Cruise and wife of six-years Katie Homes divorced earlier this year.

If Cruise wins, he would give the money to charity, the actor's attorney said.
